Hey BP Community

I live in Allentown ,PA. And since this is a sellers market i want to make fhe good deal happen by putting the work myself and rehabbing a property And was looking at this one https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/938-W-Tilghman-St-Allentown-PA-18102/81917844_zpid/

What you guys think is the materials going to cost and new cabinets nothing crazy just ones that will do the job. Oviously i have to go deeper into the numbers and make a full analysis....I just want to know your opinion from what you see....is it worth taking a look?

If you renovate nice you should be able to get 120-130k or more after its done.
