Hi Justin, no insights yet, but I'm relocating to the STL area in a few months and on the same path as you - ready to do my first deals this year. As i'm coming from out of state, I'm still learning the local RE market. Would love to stay connected on the journey!

David, why would you assume a voucher tenant would be any more likely to smoke weed than a non-voucher tenant?

Hello everyone! My name is Joy and I reside in Richmond, VA, with roots in Prince George's County and Howard County in Maryland. I originally became interested in real estate after my father invested in property in the Baltimore area. I used to help him out a bit when I was home for the summer, and really enjoyed the work.

Now, I am particularly interested in learning the basics of real estate investing, in hopes that I can get involved in wholesaling, and make my way up from there.

Looking forward to the new knowledge!
