Hello everyone! My name is Joy and I reside in Richmond, VA, with roots in Prince George's County and Howard County in Maryland. I originally became interested in real estate after my father invested in property in the Baltimore area. I used to help him out a bit when I was home for the summer, and really enjoyed the work.

Now, I am particularly interested in learning the basics of real estate investing, in hopes that I can get involved in wholesaling, and make my way up from there.
