Omg yes this is the advice I would truly appreciate. I am looking at a STR duplex rented out usually for vacations by two or more families. Weekly rental. Looking to use VRBO Air BNB . Please steer me to the automations and software .

Looking to start my journey into investing! I have my eyes on a 2 unit Multifamily unit. We weren't sure if we should go with a conventional mortgage and get an umbrella insurance OR go to commercial loans with higher interest rate so that it can be purchased through an LLC?
