MFU- Conventional Loan w/Umbrella Insur. vs LLC/Commercial Loan

Looking to start my journey into investing! I have my eyes on a 2 unit Multifamily unit. We weren't sure if we should go with a conventional mortgage and get an umbrella insurance OR go to commercial loans with higher interest rate so that it can be purchased through an LLC?
