@Theresa Harris

I thought of that... she has 8 kids and telling her worker that she moved others into the home; it would cause her to lose her section 8.

I feel for the kids because they’ve never experienced a home like ours. It’s a bad feeling. We went back to the home today and the dog was gone as was the feces and the urine. They had cleaned everything.

No major damage besides floors that will most likely need to be replaced. Also, they had never changed the filters even though we left several there for them. They apparently didn’t know how🤷🏻‍♀️

The people were still in the home. She explained to us that her friend was in an abusive relationship and came there to avoid being out on the street because... blah blah... not to be insensitive but she was lying her story contradicted its self. We’re trying to work with them because the turn over will cost us so much and we are already going to have to redo these floors now. My husband video’d the walk thru.

Its a long story —/ basically, it was an out of the box solution. We agreed to live in the home for a year to secure primary financing: during that year, the market shifted; rental rates used to be higher in the area we invested in. Then,  foreign cash investors and hedge funds purchased droves of homes high 350-400 price points in the area and listed them for rent for the "low low". The main builder in our area shifted to producing a lower quality home with similiar sqft much lower price... didn't want to sell and lose or deal w Capital Gains...  section 8 was still paying market value: 🤦🏻‍♀️

Sorry there were a lot of autocorrects. Fretboard means trust. In the following lines still means feel.

Today, we were in the neighborhood and stopped by our home. We discovered multi people adults and children have moved in without consent/ notice/ in violation of tenants section 8 agreement. Also, discovered a medium size dog living in our screened patio plaster w dog feces/Urine. The tenant is trashing our beautiful luxury home and I would like to know what is The easiest way to get her out of my home! Also, she has stated she would not do it again ; Is their a world where I could trust this tenant? We advised that we need to examine our home for damage. I feel disrespected and as if I cannot fretboard the tenant. I still that too personal? Should we collect addition deposit? I still that allowed? What would you all recommend?
