I need to wake this post up. I got a big error in numbers on my appraisal report. At least I think its a big error.

For a 167K loan at 4.75% interest rate, my monthly on loan, insurance and taxes is 1105. But the appraiser puts it at 370. See below. Anyone seen errors like this before?

This is off topic to the forums so I thought I'd stick it here. Hope someone responds.

I ordered an appraisal report and I have been going through it carefully

The projected loan is for 167,000 and 4.75% interest. Total cost of mortgage, insurance and interests comes to 1105.

However here is what the appraisal report calculates.  Has anyone seen an error of this kind in an appraisal report before? It seems wierd that anyone would be so off on the numbers.
