Were you looking for a Washington state lender? I have worked with Steve Dellario of Caliber homes he is one of the best out there.. Closes real quick too.

And I used Mainline based on Alex's recommendations. The were very professional and fixed the issue that a previous plumber had missed. Prices were ok a lot better than the big name places. Give them a try.

What a great thread. I just decided to close own FB and focus on bigger pockets for my socializing needs and boom!  I find this thread. Thanks for sharing your struggles @Julie Marquez . I have the opposite problem of over spending. But I believe you spend money to make money. I also read MMM, funny! I love the guy his mindset of possibility thinking but I know I dont have his spirit of excessive savings to stressful for a natural free spirit like me. I think inbtween the extreme saver and the liberal spender we could find ourselves and fit into what is most comfortable. I cannot be like MMM at all wouldnt fit my person... and one doesnt have to be all MMM to be wealthy. Thanks again!

@Alex Chin thanks! I contacted MainLine. They found the problem in both toilets turns out I may not need extensive work afterall.

@Edward Seid can you share the contact for Joe the plumber? I am guessig there will be a number of similar names to that :-). Hell No! I tried seattle plumbing and they wanna charge 75usd to come out an 25/hr. Am I made of money?
