My tenants have not been able to come with payments (before Covid-19 came around) and I want to evict them by giving them 30 days notice as it is here in Texas but not within getting some money from all the money they owe. Any advice?

Hello, Adam Jason are you still needing a GC? I have a very reliable GC who also happens to be a friend of mine. Im currently located in Denton Tx and he lives here, too, but does jobs all over the DFW and surrounding areas. Let me know if you are still interested. Thank you.

Hello James Perez Im also an investor in the Northeast Texas area but currently located in Dallas for school purposes. I know a friend who happens to be a GC based here in Dallas but he travels all over the state to do commercial and residential jobs from roofing to interior work such as floors, and everything else. If you're still in search for a GC let me know and I'll give you his information that way you can see if he gives you a fair price. Thank you

Hello everyone, Since joining BP i learned about BRRRR as most of you may know what it stands for. I have a couple of properties that I rent out and my goal is to have a lot more but I feel like I may not be doing it quite right. My initial idea was to save up enough to purchase my next property but that may take more time. I know a lot of investors talk about refinancing a house to pull out money from it and from there buy another property and repeat the BRRRR method but is the refinancing part that Im not sure about because my previous properties I have purchased in cash (they were relatively cheap) so I want to speed up the process. What other things does it entail? If anyone can provide me with some feedback I will definitely appreciate it. Thank you! Josue C.

Wayne Brooks thank you for the answer. I've done quite a bit of research on the SWD and the property isn't too bad considering that Im investing in it so I will eventually rehab it. Do you think having a title insurance will cover me from any other problems that may have happened in the past history of the property?

Hello everyone at BP! My name is Josue Colunga and I am a newbie here at BP but have a bit of experience in RE. I live in Dallas, TX. Recently graduated with my bachelor's in business administration but I have always been very passionate about real estate and I want to make it one of my top priorities. I am here so that I can meet friends and network with other people who share the same interests with me as well as receiving advice from investors. Thank you, Josue C.
