Need advice on how to refinance a property?
Hello everyone,
Since joining BP i learned about BRRRR as most of you may know what it stands for. I have a couple of properties that I rent out and my goal is to have a lot more but I feel like I may not be doing it quite right. My initial idea was to save up enough to purchase my next property but that may take more time. I know a lot of investors talk about refinancing a house to pull out money from it and from there buy another property and repeat the BRRRR method but is the refinancing part that Im not sure about because my previous properties I have purchased in cash (they were relatively cheap) so I want to speed up the process. What other things does it entail? If anyone can provide me with some feedback I will definitely appreciate it. Thank you!
