Hey Utah friends. I am looking to purchase a single or multi family property close to Sandy to rehab and either sell or rent. I noticed M&M Properties SLC has the most positive google reviews but was wondering if any of you have had experience with them. Also, Pineapple Property Group is a close runner-up. Opinions?
