@Allende Hernandez

Hey Allende,

My two cents would be sell the property when your why no longer involves owning it. For example let’s say you used to own property to get Cashflow to escape the rat race, but now you’re just looking to grow your flipping side or get into commercial real estate, then you would move on.

Best of luck,

Josiah

@Dominique B.

Hey Dominique,

Great job on getting started!

Would you you say buying your first property was harder or easier than you may have anticipated?

Best,

Josiah

@Kristle M.

Hey Kristle,

Great work so far, in my opinion you should go with the 2nd option and get into that house hack. You’ll be saving money each month or at least be putting that money to use through loan paydown.

This will free you up to better and faster invest in rental properties in and outside of California.

Best, Josiah

@Daniel Haberkost

Hey Daniel,

I appreciate your response, and I agree it is kinda fun being in the ‘know’ around other friends and being okay with that.

Right now, I’m taking the Kiyosaki route and learning sales skills, while building up capital for a house hack.

How about you, what are you currently looking to do in the Springs?

Best,

Josiah

Hey BP,

Hear me out on this

I recently was hanging out with some of my old friends, and although it was fun to see them again, they were no longer doing things I am doing. They were wasting their time through partying, not having a purpose to doing what they do, or simply not wanting to grow anymore.

Have you guys ever felt that way? You probably have, especially if you are on this site and are looking to be a real estate investor.

Now, the reason for this post, is a fact. That fact being: You are the average of the 5 people you associate with the most. That is scary if you don’t know other people they you can hang out with and bring you up. I personally want to connect with other investors online or in person here in Colorado.

I want to open this forum for young people to connect with each other, grow and be around others who are like yourself.

Post where you are located in the comments and connect with others around you, who knows you may meet a future business partner.

Best, Josiah

@Kelly Claiborne

Hey, what’s holding me back from buying that first deal is money and experience. I want to use knowledge gained in industries like real estate brokerages and property management to then effectively and intelligently purchase my first deal.

Best,

Josiah
