@Donald S., my strategy has always been to register my LLC as a foreign entity and register a local agent but that no longer enough for out of state investors and my current challenge. I would greatly appreciate insight from any out of state investors that has found solutions to this requirement.

Thank you @Donald S.. I am focused on south city. Fox Park, Benton Park, Dutchtown, Mt. Pleasant, Carondelet, etc.. The issue is not registering the LLC, its associating the LLC with a local address. I am in great need to understand how other investors have registered their LLC or how they have satisfied this local address requirement.

Thank you @Matt Bowler for the reply. The lenders require the principal registration to be in MO which is the root of my challenge. In Colorado I have a principal registration and still use a registered agent but I also have a local address. My plan was to foreign register my LLC from Colorado with a registered agent in MO but that is not enough. There have been many poor experiences with foreign entities so the lenders are requiring a more localized investor.

I have found a number of financial resources, both banks as well as hard money that require LLC's to be registered directly in the state of Missouri which essentially disqualifies a LLC that is registered as foreign entity. I am currently registered in my local state of Colorado. I would greatly appreciate any guidance from other out of state investors that have registered directly in the state of Missouri but not having a physical address to associate.

Thank you so much!

Thank you @Todd Olivas for sharing. I too am looking for insurance options in St. Louis. If there are others that could share I would greatly appreciate. Having multiple options to compare is quite beneficial.

Thank you!

Thank you @Kyle Eckert. We are absolutely wanting to make an impact and improve. With that said we also want to make sure we are successful. We will probably work on lower risk to start and dig deeper as we show success in our model but always looking for opportunities that make sense with the appropriate execution.

@Kyle Eckert, thank you so much! I will review and reach out! Have you acquired properties from this source?

Fantastic post @Scott Schaecher. Thank you so much for sharing. Curious if you have any updates from the last 60 days.

@Kyle Eckert thank you so much for the recommendations! I didn't think about the alderman of the ward. My wife and I are traveling out next week for a couple of days to get into the neighborhoods. We absolutely want to get to a point where we know the address ranges to focus and implement a high level of saturation so we can minimize the dependency on other investors for a positive impact.
