I am in the process of buying a large piece of property with a 3/2 manufactured home on it that don't want. However I understandafter someone else might want it. What would be the best way to get to dollar for it and get it off my hopeful property?

I recently found great peace of land and had the same idea. I was wondering how it was going and if you would have any tips.

I have an opportunity to purchase approximately 3 acres in a rural area with a lot of sole proprietor owned truck driving companies that need places to park. My plan is to put a fence with a gate and rent out spots however my questions are does anyone have any experience in this and what permits are required? Also what insurances are required?
