hello congratulations on taking getting out there and making things happen. How many times have you sent out letters or post cards, how consistently are you sending them out it might make a difference or it may be a hot list that a lot of people are mailing to.

My suggestion would be to attend reia's, meet with local successful investors take them out to lunch or coffee and build legitimate relationships. Bring something to the table or pay a coach to teach you if need be.

there have been several forum post about renatus in the past if you do a search you can find them. A local reia I have attended is affiliated with them and unfortunately I was turned off to that reia because of their hard sales pitches. They basically made it sound like a pyramid scheme. You buy the package then you get x number of people to buy it then you get a cut while also getting a cut from the people that you brought into the system. I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for however this was my perspective.
