Hello all! 

My days as a college student are dwindling down to its final year. May 2015 I will graduate and want to get my real estate license as soon as I can. I go to school out of state so I can't take the course need until after school. I was wondering if any agents in CT knew the best and quickest place to go. I know I need 60 hours but 11 weeks seems to be the norm to complete these hours for schools in my area. I'd like to stay east of Hartford but any input would be great. Thanks everyone!

Looking for some advice. 

I have always worked as a duo with my dad in real estate investing. I would handle the business and funding side (with his money) and he would take care of the rehab and estimated costs for that. He is starting to slow down with his investments however I am always looking to invest. After college I want to get my real estate license and work with a investment team or start my own here in Connecticut and eventually down in the Charlotte Area. 

My question is who are the key members of your investment teams. Who did you wish you added sooner, and who could you have lived without in the beginning?

I have a partner who works for a bank who is interested and if we finance we get lower rates as part of his benefits but other that who are the essential members I need to start out? Thanks.

Hello All, As you could read from the title, I am a new member to BP. This site has been an amazing guide for me I couldn't say no to signing up. A little bit about me: I am currently 23 and going into my senior year of college studying business management. So i have knowledge of facility management, finance, marketing, economics and all that jazz. For the past 6 or 7 years real estate has been big in my life as my dad has been an investor and I am involved in every deal so I have been around it seen how it works and helped in the business. We currently reside in Eastern Connecticut but my dream was to always be down in the Carolinas (Fort Mill, SC) has caught my eye most recently. I want to get my real estate license for North and South Carolina and help investors get properties in the Rock Hill, Fort Mill, and Charlotte areas. If anyone is from these areas and can provide any insight (or in a year a job) I would greatly appreciate it. My main career goals are to be a real estate broker and my niche be in investment properties for high end investors. I love meeting and talking with all people so any advice or questions please contact me I would love to hear from you. Thanks for reading everyone take care!
