@Brandon L. I've seen a few in my area, but since I'm new I have to get a better understanding of what makes a good deal. I just started playing around with the BP analysis tool so hopefully I'll have a short learning curve. I'd also have to get funding options straightened out before I could actually take advantage of any deals in my area

Hello all. I'm a beginner investor looking to collaborate with experienced investors. I have basic tools and a general level of handiness, and I'm good with data analysis and customer service. I do not have a lot of money but I do have a decent salary and can contribute to smaller expenses like marketing campaigns. My schedule is flexible Friday-Sunday to physically be on site at a location. Right now I would like to get involved in rehab projects to flip so I can build some capital, then transition into the rental/BRRR strategy. My areas of focus are DC, MD and Northern VA, but I'm willing to get involved in areas close by (e.g. Delaware) if the numbers are right. Looking forward to connecting with people from this great community!!
