Nick B. Can you recall when the blog was posted or the title of it?

I was wondering if anyone knows any websites where you can search for city or town growth and demographic information, or is it easiest to just google search each different area?

I was listening to podcast 205 with guest @jeredsturm on. It was mentioned in the fire round that the best way for a new investor to get into the game with just $15K would be to get a small apartment with leverage. I was wondering first if someone could shed some light for me on what leveraged loans are in simple terms, and also if there are other avenues for similar to this with just $15K that would be good for a first timer? Thanks

Hello, my name is Josh and I am a 22 year old college student from Byron Bay, Australia. I am currently in my last year of college and am studying a degree in Education (Elementary/High school). Over the past 2 years I have slowly grown an interest in investing, mainly in the stock market, but of recent have taken an increased interest in real estate. Real estate is attractive to me because you are investing in a physical object that you can see, touch and have much more control over. Land is also a resource that is diminishing in the world so I feel investing in real estate is a great opportunity for people to get into while its still available. I am still in the learning phase, which has brought me to BiggerPockets. I am looking to move to Arizona following my college completion and am trying to gain as much knowledge as I can about the different types of real estate investing, also markets and demographics around Arizona, mainly the Phoenix area before I make the leap into the game. I look forward to gaining as much information and guidance as I can from you all to help with my future endeavours.
