@Luke Salela I invest in Naperville. Albeit, there are essentially no multi families here, the surrounding areas do have some. Being you are from the area, I am sure you know how the market is here, but Aurora has some great multi families along with Joliet. Both provide low cost of entry and a start to a portfolio.

@Man Le if that’s the case, there will be a lot of opportunities open to you!

@Man Le Aurora can absolutely be a good area to invest! Keep in mind that the city makes you obtain a landlord license and do annual inspections as well! The 1% rule is tough to find around any of the surrounding suburbs, but the area you mentioned are good spots to look for multi’s! If I can help with anything please let me know!
