@Josh Bryan I am in North Naperville area. It's a tough area to get a good deal in. Aurora is a better area to really gain some properties I'm coming to find.

@Wendell De Guzman looking to do buy and holds for now. Would be open to doing a flip as well, whatever opportunity presents itself.

I currently have 2 condo's in Naperville (one of which I live in) but want to get into single family homes so cash flow isn't eaten up with HOA fees!!!
