@Dennis Johnson

Have you built a database of sophisticated and accredited investors?

Do you have relationships with banks and mortgage brokers that have an appetite for the type of asset you are looking to fund?

There are a lot of other questions I would ask but don't want to write a book but these 2 are sort of step 1 and 2 in my opinion.

Are you in a contract already on this property? Accepted LOI? What stage are you in on this deal?

Best of luck,

 Chad, it is propertyevaluator.com?

Here are two

A free one that is basic and straight forward.

I have heard good things about Michael Blanks deal analyzer.

I have not used either of these but they both have been recommended here on BP more than once and is how I have heard of them.

Hopefully someone that HAS use them will now chime in and give their thoughts.

 Thanks Neil. Any input is helpful. I'll check them out

there seems to be numerous pre-purchase analysis software programs for creating a pro-forma for multifamily Acquisitions, available in the market. We are searching for one that is user-friendly and has a module for presentation purposes to lenders and investors as well. Thank you for your valuable feedback

 I second Brad's comment. Just wanted to ad the it stands for Trailing 12 months. It's good to learn the lingo when trying to talk to pros.
