Hi my name is Kevin M. In Okc. I have been in new home construction and remodel for the last 20 years as a contractor and as a GC...although fairly new to BP, and investing, we are excited about what we've been missing..but it has given us the experience necessary to be successful as we transition into REI. We are in search of a HML for our first rehab/flip project... Everyone has to start somewhere..! Any help or experience appreciated.. Thanks BP!
