@Jeremy Haney @Alain Mario Eboli Jr. @Maggie W. I'm a Macon native and work with a local real estate brokerage that also has a property management division. Let me know if I can answer any questions or connect you with anyone.

Sharon Deloris Roberta Lasater, Craig Gordon, or Bill Craig are all great agents to work with in the Warner Robins area. Bill Craig especially if you want to look at REO properties. You can reach any of them by calling the Fickling and Company Warner Robins office or I’d be happy to have them contact you if you’d prefer. Unfortunately, I can’t post contact information here directly.

Good evening, I work for a property management company in Macon, Ga. Our single family offices cover all of middle Georgia and south Atlanta. We also have a multi-family division that covers the southeast. I’d be happy to put you in touch with property managers for either type of property.

Benjamin, Welcome! The Middle Georgia and Milledgeville markets have great investment potential. Between GCSU in Milledgeville, Geico and YKK in Macon, and Robins ALC in Warner Robins the sales and rental market(both single family rentals and multifamily) is very healthy. If I can help please drop me a line. I work with a brokerage, but I’m not directly in sales or property management. Even if someone in my company can’t help you I should be able to find someone that can.

Timothy,

I can pass along the names of a few agents.  Are you looking exclusively in the Warner Robins area?

I live in the Middle Georgia area(Macon, Warner Robins) and our market(and similar markets) are strong investment candidates.  The property prices are pretty attractive and we have a massive air base in Warner Robins.  It's only one of three air logistics centers in the world, so we have a pretty healthy renting population for both single and multi-family.
