I've been renovating my own property for a few years and want to return to my core construction business. My old website and CL adds are not cutting it. How are you all advertising/networking these days.

I'm planing on building small cabins or putting in RV lots.

I'm building a small rental cabin in  Carthage, NC (25k-+ range) and may be looking for partner/investor at some point. Just posting as an example of a lower end investment.

Am I the only one that believes Portland doesn't have a real economy? A port city with no port, a timber town with no timber business.  I get that It's cheaper than California',  but the economy seems as anemic as ever. Yeah people move here but how many are moving out? How many legitimate business have moved in?
