Hello, I own a duplex in Lubbock, TX with a good amount of equity. I am looking for a lender that will either do a HELOC or refi so I can pull some cash out for two other properties I need to do some work on. @justinphillips that's a good idea. I'll look into the BBB. Life changer loan is on my list to check out. Definitely sounds interesting as an option for the quick payoff. I like that. 

Agree with all of the above. I’d also suggest finding local or even national meetups. Most are virtual now-a-days and it’s a great way to connect with like-minded people. You can start to meet real people doing exactly what you’re wanting to do. Just about anyone in these groups tend to be very giving and open to sharing information and knowledge.
