I'm a new investor and I'm starting off as a wholesaler, Im doing my due diligence and trying not to be some of these wannabe wholesalers or straight out of a guru seminar. Some of us actually want to learn easy or not and make great relationships with other investors.

I'm new to real estate and was wondering if anyone was hosting an event or gathering? I would like to connect with experience investor's since I keep ending up with "analysis paralysis". I'm trying to do my first wholesale deal I already have a few buyers and I put some bandit signs out (this weekend), no leads so far ,but I need some help with the contracts. I am located in Lawrenceville in Gwinnett. So i was wondering if anyone in the area has been to one or knows how I can connect?

I'm new to real estate investing and gonna start wholesaling and I don't want to be known as that "bad wholesaler/wannabe". Im reading as much as I can before I go out and start looking for deals etc. I'm having trouble with some of the paper work and have questions,but maybe i'm just overthinking it. So if anyone on here is an active wholesaler or has done deals in the past and can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. I can help by finding properties in return once I get it down!
