Hey everyone,

I'm new to real estate investing and gonna start wholesaling and I don't want to be known as that "bad wholesaler/wannabe". Im reading as much as I can before I go out and start looking for deals etc. I'm having trouble with some of the paper work and have questions,but maybe i'm just overthinking it. So if anyone on here is an active wholesaler or has done deals in the past and can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. I can help by finding properties in return once I get it down!
