Quote from @Jason Regan:

I just bought a STR in Kissimmee and love that area for a few reasons. There is an established draw that will never go away. There is regulations already set so I don't have to worry about the government coming in and saying I can no longer STR my home. Finally there is an established group of Cleaners and other people who understand STR

Can you please post the names from the established group of Cleaners

Who need good deals? 😉

My experience starts in February 2021 (not a good deal) with 70,000 dollars and now I am storing to negotiate a deal for $5 million

my experience is that once you get started you will have friends family who will ask you to take their money to invested

what do you need to do is just jump in and start the first deal,

follow @BrandonTurner’s strategies and you will make it,

That’s my opinion!

Work hard and save up about $50,000 and buy your first house!
possible you will lose from the first one, but if you’re moving forward by the 25 you could be a millionaire!

That’s my opinion

Has anyone used the BP rental property calculator for multifamily buildings over 50 units? Does it work well for those calculations? Is to cumbersome since you have to enter each unit?
