@John Guagliardo SuperHost Philly manages my Brigantine STR. They manage a bunch of STR's in AC and Ventnor. They have a FB page or check out their website.

@Angela Romero Welcome to BP and welcome to Philly. @Sheryl Sitman nailed it. I can't add much more other than BP is an excellent resource for investors. Best of luck!

@Gagan Mehta $AMC is still very much in play. Be wary of media who may tell you differently. I got in on Clover last week, thank you. Now Wendy's, another meme stock, I'm not in on. But I did get in on $BB and $UONE. Good luck investing!

@Bill P. Non smoker here. Without getting too technical, $AMC is a heavily shorted stock. Actually it's one of the top 3 shorts today. And for various reasons, a community of retail investors have taken aim at the Hedgefunds who hold most of the shorts. These retail investors have put together a loose but absolutely determined group to drive the price of the stock up causing a gama and short squeeze that could make the Gamestock squeeze look small in comparison. Obviously, nothing is guaranteed here. But in my 30 years of investing, this is the closest to a slam dunk that I have seen. My cost basis is approx $10 per share and I'm holding until at least $100, probably closer to $200. I'll revisit this conversation in a few weeks as the squeeze should be in play at that time.

@Mike Bianchi Buy AMC stock tomorrow. Seriously. At $48, you can get in at the very beginning of a short squeeze that's soon to happen. I can guarantee you the price point will go up well over $100. If you play your cards right with AMC, you can retire much earlier than you ever dreamed!

@Alexander Szikla I have to laugh when I see commentary similar to this when talking about meme stocks like Gamestock, AMC, Blackberry etc. While you may be accurate re the fundamentals of AMC, although even that has changed drastically since your comment, as they have raised an additional $1B in funding by selling 20MM addtl shares of stock. I laugh because you must have totally missed the Gamestock run up or you don't quite understand what really happened. The AMC short squeeze which has not quite started yet is very real and can be extremely profitable. If you do your due diligence, the risk of buying AMC stock was minimal and must less risky then buying real estate at today's prices. Why? Because it's not about the fundamentals. Let me repeat, it's not about the fundamentals. This is about capitalizing on Hedgefund shorts who have left themselves exposed again. But more importantly, it's about an absolutely committed community of retail investors who have the brass b&lls to Hodl AMC until God knows what price point. This community of Apes, is extremely unique in their financial intellect and their desire to beat Hedgefunds at their own game. I bought in AMC back in January and I'm going for the ride!

@Ryan Tagliamonte

You nailed it. It is very difficult to find a deal today regardless of the neighborhood. The combination of high market prices and high rehab costs makes for a challenging environment. My philosophy has always been the profit you make is based on your purchase price. That being said, I'm on the sideline right now until things cool down. Instead, I'm investing in the cryptocurrency space and I'm riding the Bitcoin and Etherum wave.
