Contractors in Philadelphia

Any suggestions on good hardworking, reliable, investor friendly contractors in Philadelphia?

Looking for contractors who are responsible, with great work ethic who work in different areas of Philadelphia. Contractors with experience on complete rehabs (shells) and additions (floors or sqft). *Familiar with draw-payment schedules is a plus.

If anyone can recommend someone they have worked with and fits these criterias It will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!!

Yanitza
