Looking for investors who buy Mobile Homes

Im in need of an attorney who closes wrap around mortgages and even assignments. Hit a bump in the road with that. The seller's attorney who did the close on the home does NOT do nothing that has to do with what we do as wholesalers as far as closing i.e. escrow, double close NEED HELP

@Mahsa Nicknam @Demetrius Gatling The property is currently under contract as a "subject to". Great seller financing in place for 5 years at 4% interest with payments of $479. Minimal repairs need to be done. 46k left on the loan and selling price 17k.

question for you both @Mahsa Nicknam @Demetrius Gatling. How would you go about closing in GA with this type of deal since im in florida? You go through an attorney? How does it work?

I have property available in Kingsland Ga. Very minimal rehab needs to be done and owner has an existing mortgage. VERY MOTIVATED SELLER. Im located in Florida and currently do not have any Georgia investors. Looking for some investors who invest in properties in GA.

@Ellie Hanson Most definitely believe in being honest and upfront about my intentions. That's just the way I operate. I wouldn't dare waste anyone's time because I don't like my time being wasted. Didn't matter what business I was in my motto was "PAY TO PAY ATTENTION". You get better results when you Pay for someone's time and attention. Especially ATTENTION TO DETAIL(former military). @Tion Henley I walk my block and nearby neighborhoods. I work with someone who looks for distressed properties who buys them cash. I stay pretty much in the hood and in my area there are absolute TONS of abandoned properties, boarded houses and such. As im walking I simply write down the address and when I get home I start researching the properties on the city website(Specifically the Appraiser section) and so on. Direct mail is the way to go with what I find because there aren't any phone numbers listed. The city website has the owners info along with whatever current address they are located at.
