Hey Brandon, Video ads work the best when it comes to stuff like this, this makes it more human for the people that are seeing it. It also feels more personal with the video. You can have a generic ads copy but if you have great video quality and you are hitting all of the pain points in the video, you will start seeing tremendous results.

Hope this helps!

Hey Ali,

Best thing that would work is to do a lead generation campaign so that when you are running the ads you will be able to have the home owner fill out any information that is needed. It would be best when running the ads that your CTA redirects them to your website, where you will be able to get all of the info that you need to give the home owner a quote.

For example, Address, name, contact info, etc. You will not be able to ask for an address with FB forms. They will ban your ad account.

Also depending on where you are located, you can target a broad audience, and then run retarget campaigns to those people that have came to your website. Divorce, people 40 - 65+, Real Estate interest all of these are good target audiences to try out.

Hope this helps.

@Shawn C. Hey Shawn, instead of boosting your post, trying running it as an actual ad. I have worked with a lot of wholesalers who are successful at targeting home owners on FB ads. Instead just have your target audience for agents and wholesalers. In the ad copy just write something like " I am a local investor looking to buy more homes in the area".

You can set this as a lead generation campaign allowing the agents and the wholesalers to fill out information when you call. Or you can set this as an engagement campaign where they will comment with their information so that you will be able to give them a call.

Hope this helps.

Hey Everyone,

I hope that everyone is stay safe in these weird times but I have a general question and I would love to hear some thoughts and opinions.

During these times of job loss and uncertainty of when the country will open back up, which class apartment building would thrive during theses times, B class or C class?

Jacksonville is a huge land mass I am interested in more of the 08, 06, 10, 05 parts of Jacksonville.

Hey everyone,

I have been on BiggerPockets reading some of the effects that people foresee happening in the real estate market with COVID-19 virus.

With being a new investor I would love to hear some of the different strategies that people are taking if a downturn does occur. Has there been any shift in your strategies? What are some of the best strategies for real estate during a recession?

Hope everyone is staying safe.
