I just had some questions regarding owner financing or selling financing. What is the difference between to 2. Also how would you be able to do a wraparound on top of this. I have been reading on the top and can’t quite grasp the idea.

Hello I am new to the Jacksonville, FL area, I was wondering if their was anybody that had any recommendations on some of the REI clubs that was in the area.

Looking for some clarity, I am new to the Jacksonville Fl area and I have came across a couple of videos of guru's saying that it is possible to acquire rental properties (more specifically multi family homes) with little to no money down. I wanted to see if I would be able to get some clarity on the subject of how this would be possible.
