I own a 14 unit apartment complex in Torrance and have less than a year left on a lease agreement with the current Laundry Service Provider (Dadson) and I would like to switch to a better one.  Who do you guys recommend?  Thanks!

Are there any informal gatherings Friday night or Sunday night, for those flying in before and leaving after the official Summit.  Would love to meet up and exchange ideas with other folks.

@J. Martinundefined

I am looking forward to hearing from all of the guest speakers in general, with specific interest in investing in Syndications and Note Fund. Also looking for a CPA with REI expertise.

Thanks @Brian Burke for letting me know of the Summit.  Just registered and can't wait to meet everyone and hear from all of the Heavy Hitters!

Help needed.  I have a fraudulent lien (via deed of trust) on the title of my property from a company that was supposedly helping homeowners refi during the 2008-2011 downturn.  He claims to be able to discharge the original loan and replace with another loan but with principle reduction.  This was somewhat believable (and as the recommendation of a mortgage broker that I had worked with) at the time but turned out to be an outright fraud.  The guy is in prison but I need to get this lien removed.

Who do I need to contact to get this issue resolved?  I don't think an escrow officer can help.  Thanks!

The areas that you mentioned are in close proximity to the Google campus, as in high paying jobs.  I might be grasping at straws here but maybe it could be because SFV is known to be a liquefaction zone and more damage prone to earthquakes.

I would recommend you buy a rehab opportunity in the Hollywood Riviera section of Torrance.  It is arguably the most desirable part of Torrance.  A rehab would offer the highest upside for the astute investor.

How about a REIT that yields 8%?

Proximity to jobs centers.  People tired of commuting long distances in heavy traffic.
