Could also raise money from equity investors.  Investors would accrue and get paid in the end.  There is usually a preferred % return plus a profit split.

@Omar Khan

I will at least get a couple of offers for the same exact level of services and use them to negotiate with the current vendor.

They are all comparable: Republic, Waste Management, and Athens.

Thank you @Jon Holdman

I took a cursory glance at Republc Services around here and it looks like its at least $125 cheaper per month.

Hi guys,

I manage a 14 unit apartment in Southern California and currently have our trash hauling services with Athens.  The cost for the services rises dramatically every year.

Have you guys experienced similar issue and have tried to negotiate with them?  Do you know if there are other trash haulers that you can switch to?

Thanks!

For those of you that received a SOFI personal loan, how do you prove your income if you are self employed or receive passive income from a variety of real estate investments?

@Dave Van Horn, @J. Martin

Already booked.  Looking forward to seeing you all again!  Happy Holidays!

Thank you William.  I will looking into buying our own commercial grade washers / dryers (Speed Queen).  We currently have 2 sets of washers / dryers from Dadson.  The rolling 5 year lease (auto-renewing) was inherited when we bought property and ends in August 2018.  I will be sending them a notice to cancel every month starting in January and make sure that it is registered mail  or via fedex.

Any recommendation for a servicing company?
