@Gavin Davie thanks for the info I will reach out to him.

@Dan Gamache I will hold the property if it is multifamily and I can cash flow after a refinance while meeting my criteria or flip it if it doesn't. For this particular property I will be holding.

@Jerry Padilla Would I be able to get a home improvement loan for a property I don't plan on living in?

I am in the process of purchasing a property and will own it free and clear. I was interested in finding out if there are any loan products that will lend for rehab only. Also if there are some creative strategies people are using, I'd be interested in knowing what you guys are doing. Thanks for any input you can provide.

@David Thompson you're ahead of a lot of people, there are some people that want to invest in real estate but don't know what they want to do. I find having a plan helps with the fear.

I use Adobe acrobat professional from my computer but if I'm away from my computer I use DocuSign to fill out a PDF if I'm on the go. I use the text box feature and if I need to sign it I can do it from there as well. Having to click textbox every time you need to fill out a separate section is a bit tedious but it gets the job done

@Justin Johnson You're welcome, I've read that book and it's amazing, it has helped me a great deal in estimating the rehab for the BRRRR that I'm in the process of doing.
