 I have family in both states so I use them to let me know about the neighborhoods I should invest in and the ones I should avoid. Where do you invest and do you have any tips for a first time investor.

Hello everyone my name is Joseph and I am from New York City and I'm new to Real Estate investing. I'm looking to learn and connect with people about acquiring rental properties in the Ohio or Georgia market to start. I've been reading and listening to a lot of great information over the past year and I'm looking to complete my first deal before the end of the year.
