How many bedrooms? 

Through my experience I never deal with the REO agent when working with a REO property or bank owned property. Often times the property is in an auction and you have to bid on it online, or it is on a website for bank owned properties where you submit the offer. REO agent is a medium for the bank to put it on MLS.

However, I am a realtor and can access MLS and REO websites, so if your not using an agent to represent yourself you may have to get ahold of the REO agent which can be difficult.
