Charleston, South Carolina. Old member, new intro

Hi BP community, I am now investing in Charleston, SC with our first home there closing in just a couple of days. We are really excited about investing in Charleston as there seems to be a ton of new jobs coming to town in the near future. I would love to meet some of you Charleston locals who are on BP. We love visiting there and now we have a greater connection to the area. 

We are looking another great deal- Single Family Residence or Multi. The unit in question is in W. Ashley and would be interested in another unit there or N. Charleston.
