Good BP,

What tax percentage on the ROI will have to be paid by a foreign investor that will like to invest money in my company to buy multifamily apartments buildings here in the U.S.

Basically what I'm trying to figure out if will make sense for them to invest here in the U.S. through my company. Thank you!

Hi BP, My question is, after a commercial loan is due, for example 10 years loan with 30 years amortization. Then a balloon payment is now due for the remaining balance. What options are available in order for you to keep owning that same property other than paying the full amount of the remaining balance?

Like what type of strategies you guys use in the this situation. Thanks in advance!

@Henri Meli, looking for every scenario you mentioned above. The one that will make sense for you to pull that trigger on that particular investment. (The good, the bad and the ugly). Thanks!

Can you analyze 15+ units using Biggerpockets calculators? Basically, is there any shortcut to analyze this large multifamily using this calculators or do I need to do it manually? Thanks!

Hello BP. Here I'm at expending a 3 days at the Fortune Builders seminar. I know, before anything I just wanted to learn more about Real Estate in a real conference. With that being said, the speaker just pulled up a website that she personally use for her business called www.realeflow.com , Have any of you out there use this website and if you had, is any good source of leads? Thank you!
