@John Thedford im new to wholesaling, seems like wholesalers have a bad name in the business. Greediness takes the best out of people. I on the other hand have to make sure my buyers make a killing on their deals to keep them coming back!

Has anyone as a wholesaler had a contract with a seller and after finding a buyer and showing them the property the buyer dealt with the seller directly cutting you off the deal even though you had the property under contract? Ultimately, it’s up to you as a wholesaler to initiate the legal process which takes time and money. What’s the best way to prevent this from happening to you as a wholesaler?

Hey guys, I’m a brand new wholesaler and would like some advise on where I could obtain a sales agreement form, authorization letter, and a close agreement form. Thanks in advance!
