@Joe Splitrock I totally agree, going behind people would only cause to lose business from someone who brings deals to them. In reality, investors don’t need wholesalers but it does save them time on acquiring properties they could possibly not find for whatever reason.

@Caleb Heimsoth I would not like them either if that is how they “run their business”. One must keep their seller and buyer content to grow your business as a wholesaler.

@Ned Carey thank you! I have been browsing to see what forms I could actually use, there is a great amount to choose from. How long have you been in the real estate world? I’m fairly new to this, I am starting as a wholesaler but will eventually want to fix & flip and buy & hold for passive income.

@Yolanda Eiland I’m a wholesaler. I don’t think I would ever want to do such thing to anyone out there.

@Jimmy Deringer no, it has not. Just one of the many questions newbies have. I’m sure there is a system in place to prevent this from happening as well. I do see, however, some investors are not big fans of wholesalers and to be fair I’m sure they have their valid reasons.

@Nicky Reader at that point the seller would have the last say giving the option for more money. No hard feelings there. A better deal is a better deal. On to the next lead and hope to close the deal

@Abas Ali that is correct, and all parties shall abide by what’s on the contract. Either way if I’m the investor and i meet the seller through the wholesaler, the wholesaler could be cut out of the deal by offering the seller a bit more directly. The wholesaler could pursue legal action if he wanted to but like I mentioned earlier, it would take time and money. I was curious to see if there was something that could protect the wholesaler.
