I am in the middle of my first true rental property rehab and I have to admit I am a bit nervous. The property is in a C/B neighborhoood in CT. I wanted to hear from others and see if they were nervous or got cold feet during their first property. Thanks everyone.
I just purchased my first property in Bridgeport CT and I am considering have a PM company manage it to build a relationship as my goal is to continue expanding.
