Good morning San Antonio. It is a nice day to discuss real estate investing, I need some investor friends in the San Antonio Area.

@Jeremy Wirths I just started reading into this business like 3 weeks ago or so. I would like to start hands on and gradually transition out. Right now rental properties have caught my eyes but wholesaling seems like a way to earn some quick cash to put towards that. My goals are pretty basic for the time I want to build wealth for myself, I want to make a name for myself in the real estate investing market, to inspire others like myself, I want to help others.

I want to be a real estate investor, I have no clue where to start. I am looking to find investors to talk to and learn from. I can read the books and attend seminars for years, but I feel like if I can learn hands on I will never have the courage to take the first step. Any books to read would also be a big help.
