Ready to get started one investing career, but that first step seems to be hardest to get over. Any creative ideas how to go about this issue. Looking for any and all help available to get the ball rolling.

I’m in the San Antonio area looking to start my investing journey, however I’m having trouble getting the necessary amount of money. Can someone help walk me through the correct process of getting money for an investment property?

I chose real estate investing because it excites me the thrill of the hunt, chasing leads, negotiating deals, and helping others achieve their dreams. I also want to give back to my mom for always believing and supporting me, I want to inspire those like me who come from broken homes, those who spend nights alone thinking they aren’t good enough.
