@Jessie Nunley just IMO! We all have our own life to live, at one time or another we all made a decision in life that wasn't the best but we dealt with it and moved on. Just like REI, some of us made poor decisions I know I did and I've learned from it. The lesson is in order to succeed you have to take a chance. Its like when we learn how to walk for the first time, think about it, we don't know how so technically we're taking a chance and eventually we learn how to walk. Some may take longer than others but at the end of the day we reached our goal to walk. Always keep them Negative folks on your corner and keep feeding them info because their negativity will be the motivation you need!!! Good luck

Good Day my Fellow investors near and far!!

I started in flipping with SFH back in 05 while I was active duty with ZERO knowledge!! Big Mistake and very COSTLY! Lesson learned fast fwd retired from the USN 2013 and started my second career in the world of shipbuilding where i'm currently a material supervisor.

Now my interest is in commercial and trying to gain knowledge and acquire apartment bldgs...

I'm looking at an 8 unit and a 6 unit myself but I'm thinking about waiting until I return from my Bahama cruise next month then go full force since I will be more focused. If you don't mind I would like to connect with you. Once again Congratulations!!
