Hello BP Community!

Thank you for this opportunity! I am Ernest Chamblee and currently live in Woodbridge, VA. I have followed the BiggerPockets podcast for some time now and finally have gotten online and put forward the effort to be involved with this awesome community!

I got into business/franchising after serving in the US Army.  I currently own a couple Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory franchises, but have began to devote more capital and time to becoming more active in the real estate industry.  My goal is grow from wholesaling opportunities to full redevelopment as well as scale our full service real estate business, True Loyalty Properties.  

I hope being connected to the BP Community will afford the opportunity not only to learn from many others more experienced, but then also give me the opportunity to share what I have learned.  Excited to connect - and please let me know if there is anything I can ever do to help!
