I like to get people's opinions. I'm curious to know if it's a good idea to have multiple properties under one mortgage? What would be the pros?(If any) and cons?..... Thank you in advance.

Hi everyone, new to BP site. I've been watching some interview videos from YouTube, Pretty informative stuff. So I decided to become a member,check it out. I'm a las vegas resident. Trying to learn about wholesaling, buy and hold, maybe even some brrrr strategies along my RE journey. I'm currently in the process of buying my first investment property, and hopping to learn from the BP community to continue buying and growing my network.
