I will email you financials and pics as I will post on here also. Reason for selling is that I'm downsizing my portfolio to invest in another venture in Florida otherwise I would never sell it. This house was completely rehabed by me a few years ago with all new plumbing, electrical, roof, heating is a year old. Excellent long term tenants that pay on time. 

This house was under contract with a buyer last month for 68K and appraisal came in at 68K from bank, I'll provide upon request.

Price is firm and buyer pays all closing costs, If you use our title co you are looking at $1,300 in closing costs. 

New furnaces and water tanks.
