Newly rehabbed investment property one street away from West Park area! This is a great rental area! The property consists of 2 single family homes on the same parcel. Each house has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. Both houses just underwent a complete rehab with new plumbing, new electrical, new furnaces, new water tanks, new paint, new carpet, flooring in kitchens & baths, cabinets, roofs and just basically everything needed to make this a trouble free property for many years. Rehab was done by us and we have many years experience in the construction field.


Property has tenants with signed leases. This is a turn key property with managment available if needed.

80K - buyer pays all closing costs which will be about 2k on your end if we use my title co. Buyer must be able to close within 20 days of signing contract. Property is priced to sell as a CASH deal.

This is one parcel with 2 single family homes on it, taxes are for both homes included, so your buying a multi - family property as it is zoned.  The banks will loan on it all day long.
